Meet "Pheckless"...
A chestnut gelding with a tiny white star, who
raced over 6-8 furlong sprints on turf and all weather surfaces in
the UK.
Pheckless, foaled in
April 1999, joined Racing Shares in the summer of 2004.
He was trained by Milton Bradley in Chepstow,
South Wales.
Shares are no longer available as he has been
retired from racing, in May 2006 he moved to Nuppend before moving
to his new home with one of his original shareholders late in 2006.
Pheckless won twice for Racing Shares at odds
of 25/1 and 7/1 and was placed a number of times, giving all of his
owners many days to remember both at the races and from a far.
Pheckless featured in the Racing Post race of
the day feature in Spring 2005 when going from last to first around
a large field to cruise to an easy victory under George Baker, it
included a photo of George B cheekily looking over his shoulder a
furlong out after taking the lead under hands and heels!
